Child restraints such as baby seats and buggies get filthy! And besides being mucky, bits of long-lost food can interfere with function and harbour germs. But cleaning them properly is gruelling job that must be done meticulously to maintain the integrity, and prolong the life, of your carrier. And that’s why we’re stepping up to help.

We've introduced a new service that allows busy mums to drop off their car seats, capsules, buggies, or strollers for a professional clean at our Tamahere headquarters – making it easy for you to maintain a hygienic carrier for your precious bundle.

Our basic clean is just that – a nice and thorough deep clean in keeping with manufacturers instructions. We use low toxin, baby-safe Accell Clean products that will leave your carrier spotless and healthy.

Our premium service includes a full clean, steam, sanitisation and same-day service. We use the same eco-friendly, gentle Accell Clean products but go the extra mile using steam on fabric covers and hardware (such as base and wheels) and Zoono sanitiser to eliminate germs and provide long-lasting protection.

Rest assured that we’re up to the play with manufacturers instructions. We take care to dissemble all parts to ensure a thorough clean and reassemble them again like new. We never use chemicals on plastic or metal components that could be weakened from doing so. And all of our cleaning products are low pH and have no added perfumes or additives.

Most of our mums find it convenient to drop their child(ren) at care for the day before dropping their carrier to us in Tamahere for cleaning. We understand that it’s tricky to be without your carrier/restraint for long, so we highly recommend our premium service, which guarantees same-day service.

We’re happy to take group bookings from early childhood centres or coffee groups. Please ensure you book in advance.
