Change of mind
We value you as a customer and want you to feel comfortable knowing you can return items if you are not happy – it’s part of our VIPCare service ethos. So, if you are disappointed with any products you purchase from us, you’re able to return it for a credit or exchange to the total value of the item refunded. All credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Please note that all returns must:
- Be sent back within 10 days of receiving the item(s); anything received outside of 10-days will not be refunded and will be returned to you.
- Be in original condition with packaging intact.
- Be accompanied by a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase.
Please include a note as to why you are returning the item(s) and state if you would like to exchange it for another item or a credit note. Once we receive and process your return, we will email you your credit note or send out the exchange stock.
Returns are sent at your cost. We recommend that you use a courier service or NZ Post tracked delivery as we are not responsible for any items that are not received.

Faulty or incorrect orders
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or incorrect item(s) please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details and we will discuss with you the best course of action to remedy the issue.
You are covered for 30 days after the original purchase date if there is a defect, fault or failure due to the manufacturing process. Please note that this does not cover a fault or damage caused by wear and tear, improper use or accident.
We will adhere to the Consumer Guarantees Act, which states your rights under a set of guarantees that automatically apply between VIPCare Limited and the customer when a purchase is made. We will also adhere to the Fair Trading Act, which protects you from being misled or unfairly treated by traders or shops.
